Condition is due to some creases on the front and on the back of the book. The spine is straight but has a few spine creases as well and has some curling. There is a crease by the front bottom right corner. By the price (#1) there is a cut. The other corners are fine. On the back is another crease. It is still a nice book. I would estimate these to be in the range of FN+ to VF-.
