Cabbage White butterfly Plastic Canvas pendant silver chain necklace

Handmade white butterfly completed plastic canvas pendant necklace. This butterfly pendant is stitched on small count plastic canvas with cotton embroidery floss in white, off white and almond white for the wings, black for the body and black french knots. There is a single silver strand for outlining (hard to see because it’s stitched on top of white) and black rhinestones to add some shimmer to the body.

The white butterfly is attached to a silver tone chain with lobster clasp and extender (17 inch necklace + the additional extender). The wingspan is 2 inches across and I made this to be like a cabbage white butterfly (the most popular that I see flying around!).
