This is a Simplicity pattern number 8938 for a misses blouse. This is a vintage pattern from 1978. It is an uncut pattern in factory folded condition, good shape, but the outer envelop has some yellowing. This is in size 16, bust 38.. The description reads: Blouse gathered to yoke has front band button closing, forward shoulder seams and long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. V 1 with self ruffles and V 3 with pocket, shirt-tail hem and contrast detail have stand-up collar.
