Date: Not dated, but perhaps the list of then current properties could help date it.
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The cover is quite clean and the striker strip doesn't appear to show any evidence of actual use. The holes left from the staple that once held the matches are a bit ragged. (Please see scans.)
