Product Description: This Vestil multi-function cart/chair converts a luggage cart into a folding chair, and is made of steel and plastic for strength and durability. It converts into a hand cart for transporting boxes and luggage and other items up to 65 lbs.; as a folding chair it supports up to 225 lbs., or folds flat for storage. It has a rectangular tube frame made of steel for strength and durability. The nylon plastic construction of the seat/luggage platform is lightweight yet resists crushing, cracking, and abrasion. The bar on the opposite end of this frame is covered in rubber for traction on the floor in the chair position, or for handle cushioning in the cart position. It includes a 5' bungee to help keep loads secure on the luggage platform, and it comes with two 3" x 3/4" hard rubber wheels for travel on most flooring types. The chair supports up to 225 lb., while the cart supports up to 65 lb. The chair seat is 18-1/2" from the floor, and its seat measures 12" x 12" x 12" (L x W x H). (L is length, the horizontal distance from front to back; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point.) The cart measures 26-1/2" x 13" x 17" with a 9"x 11" luggage platform.
