Balloon stick pin orange stone bead probably pewter

This is a stick pin with a top shaped like a balloon. The center of the top has an orange bead/stone. I think this is pewter. The pin is about 2 5/8" long. I found a few shallow "teeth" marks on the pin stick part but these are minor; the head of the pin is in great shape.
