Vintage Mattco Model 711 Frequency Counter. This is a pre-owned item that shows wear from age and use. The unit powers on but some of the display does not light up as evident in the pictures. No further testing has been done. There are scuffs, scrapes, marks and dust/dirt present. There is a name and number engraved in the top of the unit. Wear with paint loss is noted on the edges.
