9 inch dual core processor rooted tablet with keyboard and portfoliocracked screen not responding. there is a screen protector over it so glass is staying put. i used an otg adapter and mouse to be able to use it still with the screen not responding. rubber outer power and volume buttons missing. one tab on the portfolio is broke.there is no information such as brand, imei, or carrier in the settings so I'm assuming it's unlocked. I don't know much about unlocking or rooting so I'm not sure what you would call it. there's just no infoI'll include the charger but it is not the original and does not belong with tablet but it still charges itI'll be shipping in a flat rate envelope or I would not be able to sell at this price. the screen is broken anyhow
