HGF

Human Gingival Fibroblasts (HGF) from Creative Bioarray are isolated from human gingiva. HGnF are cryopreserved at passage one and delivered frozen. Each vial contains >5 x 10^5 cells in 1 ml volume. HGnF are characterized by their spindle morphology and immunofluorescent method with antibody to fibronectin. HGnF are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HGnF are guaranteed to further expand for 15 population doublings at the condition provided by Creative Bioarray.
