Our mugs and sublimated in our home studio, using professional equipment. When a mug goes viral (as this one did- thank you Buzzfeed!!), we will work with a small printing company to help us meet the demand. When we get this help, we still use all the same materials, and the finished product is personally inspected by us. We do all the wrapping and shipping from our home studio. Again, we ONLY use this help if and when this mug goes viral again.
