A Wonderful and Rare Antique Czech Amethyst Paste Dragon Necklace, Victorian - Edwardian to Early Art Deco Period, circa 1900 - 1920's. This stunning and highly unusual antique necklace holds a large amethyst paste stone at center measuring about 32 x 17mm oval. The setting is antique gold gilt filigree with beautiful detail and a wonderful winged dragon element to the side. Overall the pendant measures about 1 7/8 inches long by about 1 7/8 inches wide. It comes complete with the chain measuring about 24 inches long. This piece dates to the early part of the 20th century and is in lovely vintage condition.
