A paperback book/magazine entitled "Versatile Valances" by Donna Babylon. This 36 page book is dated 1991 and measures about 8.5in. by 11in. Fully illustrated, it gives detailed instructions for measuring fabric and sewing a variety of valances. 15 styles with variations including: double pouf, twisted, fan, shirred & ruffled, tapered, victorian, blouson, basic, draped and window scarf. Excellent, pre-owned condition with only minor wear to the edges.
