Anne Klein retro blue draped wrap cross over short sleeve top size 4

Blue short sleeve top by Anne Klein for New Aspects is retro early 90’s and NWOT. It feels like polyester (no fabric tag), short sleeves, pleated gathering at the neck, draping wrap cross over look, hidden side zipper, big padded shoulders and dart seems in the back. It is a size 4 and from armpit to armpit seam unstretched is about 16” across and the empire area is 14” across. From the middle of the shoulder down to the hem is 21”. I ended up horizontal snagging this a bit on the back while taking pics (annoying since I had it for so long in mint). See pic. Sold with the snag. Machine wash.
