This is a Simplicity pattern from 1981. It is number 5181 in size 18 1/2, bust 41. This is a cut pattern and a few pieces have some tears but are usable. The description reads: Princess seamed dress has back zipper. V a has jewel neck and long set-in sleeves. V 2 has scoop neck and short sleeves. V 3 has V neck and is sleeveless.
