Mods originated in Britain as a subculture that appreciated what was modern jazz at the time, and the term is short for "modernist". Their clothing was expensive because they were the first generation of young adults that didn't have to help their parents pay for things, giving them an income they could use on themselves. Capture an opulent, modernist look with the included, form-fitting dress. It's designed with shiny, no-hole sequins adorning black and white blocks of color. The boot tops are made of plastic vinyl and sewn into a checkered shape pattern, and reach just below the knees. Also included is a thick sequined head band.
