Here is a lightly used knitting book titled....

Vogue Knitting Quick Reference: The Ultimate Portable Knitting Compendium

This indispensable, exciting spiral-bound encyclopedia fits right into a purse or knitting bag and answers every question. Easy to follow instructions, diagrams, and illustrations fill every page. “The best tips from Vogue’s Ultimate Knitting...in a compact spiral-bound volume.” —Family Circle Homecrafts.

This is the perfect book to use as a companion to your Vogue Knitting- *not* as a substitute or as a teaching manual.

THIS book is NOT a beginner book; it's more of a refresher for those who already have a thorough reference. You need a left slanting double decrease but don't know which one to use? Can't quite remember how to do the kitchener stitch? Can't remember how to do SSK? This book shows them to you without all the bulk of the original. It does not have everything (that would defeat the point), but it has the essentials in a user friendly format. This is the book I take on trips and often use at home when I don't want to lug out my VK. It lives in or near my knitting bag. It's thin and lightweight and I LOVE the spiral binding. The flap cover helps keep it closed when it's not needed, though being a paperback I do still have to be careful when its in the bag.

REMEMBER----cookbooks are mailed via media rate mail to give you the best deal on shipping. The down side is that media rate mail can take up to three weeks for delivery!
