We Work parts from many suppliers, some parts have grease fittings while others are factory sealed. Both types of parts are equally dependable. Due to the fact we have a high volume of sales, we cannot guarantee which type of parts you will receive when you purchase. if the parts is available with grease zerk will be sent, if NOT is available with grease will be sent as is. However once payment has been made please send us an email regarding this preference and we will make a note on your Ebay account regarding about Grease Fittings. We will notify if the grease Fittings is available.
The parts may vary in color but the color doesn't affect the application or quality of the product
PAYMENTS

PayPal is the payment method accepted. Parts purchased at a certain time for a fixed price do not qualify for discounts or promotions that are offered on later dates. Please include any special information/instructions in the payment notes or Contact us in case it needs immediate attention.
UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION

In the case of update or address changes made after the completion of an order, the customer will have to contact ATMOTORS to notify us of the updates/changes. This is so that the order is shipped correctly and to make sure that the updates on the account will not affect the order any way, this includes shipping charges.

Please take care inspect items prior to installation. This includes prior to delivering them to a third party for installation. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. or refuse credit on parts that have been installed or attempted to install.

Research installation procedures. Improper installation by the customer or any third party .voids any warranties. All parts must be installed by a certified mechanic or certified specialist.
SHIPPING

We send to 48 states on the United States. Alaska, PR, Guam, Virgin Island. Orders placed by noon Eastern Time usually ship the following business day.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that UPS & USPS can deliver to specified shipping address. Please note that once the order has been given to the carrier, it is in the carriers control until delivery. Often, delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Florida residents- pick up are available, please send us an email.

Shipping outside United States: Please Contact us in order to quote the correct shipping cost if the order is for non-continental U.S. or international countries. Include the item number that you are looking to purchase.
RETURNS

ATMOTORS is happy to warranty our parts for 30 days after purchase.

Parts must be in new, salable condition.
We only warranty cost of parts.
Any installation or other fees are non-refundable.
If a part arrives damaged, or is defective, it is our responsibility to take care of it but it must be reported to us immediately.

SERVICE PROCEDURES

Steering and Suspension units are complex system made up of a variety of independent components.

For proper vehicle handling, ride control and tire wear, a thorough inspection is required whenever suspension work is being performed. When replacing steering and/or suspension components that may affect an alignment angle, you are required to check and adjust alignment as needed.
