1 set = for 1 seat. (If you need them for 2 seats, just buy a quantity of 2).
Please note that these are for side mounted seats only.

This hardware mount kit will work on most brands of seats, side mount and bottom mount.
If you are mounting them on bottom mount seats, just disregard the side mounts.
