This comic book listing is for a FIRST PRINT of "BACKLASH #5 RARE NEWSSTAND VARIANT".
Newsstand Variant Edition with Barcode, different paper quality interior and cover, no month date shown on cover (Direct edition says FEB), and $1.95 cover price (compared to $2.50 direct edition). This is much more RARE than the Direct Edition.
Introduces the character Mindscape.

"OVERALL" Grade is around VERY FINE- condition (near mint- interior, fine+ cover is hard to grade because newsstand editions used much lower quality paper on the covers and interior than the Direct Editions).
