Microcosm, Sega CD Genesis, with Video game case and manual, 1993, sold AS-IS, by Psygnosis.

I think this game was ahead of it's time, you get to travel through an organic type scenery.

I think it's a human body. Not real sure on it's accuracy or how factual but was cool none the less.

I think you fight off bad organisms as you help the person you are "in". ( you are like a white blood cell lol)

I am the original owner and bought it when it first came out for sale.

Everything is in good to better condition, the game case has scratches, the rest looks ok too me.
