This is a Simplicity pattern from 1972. It is number 5421 for a maternity smock and pants in size 6, bust 30 1/2". The pattern has been cut but all pieces are present and intact. The mock top has a round neckline and front button closing. The pants have adjustable elastic waistline casing.
