Letter H on Amber Tortoise Shell Plastic Bakelite Clip On Earrings Vintage

This is a very nice pair of vintage clip on earrings featuring Amber or Tortoise shell colored plastic backing, letter H insignia, gold tone surround and letter, lightweight, clip on mechanism works as if unworn. They look like they could be Bakelite, however, I'm not certain. These oval earrings measure 1 inch tall, 7/8 inch wide and are in excellent condition!
