Tight Bro's from Way Back When CD Runni SUPER ROCK $7.99 FREE SHIPPING
Hello. I spent nearly 10 years selling on that other site (you can check my feedback there; It's under the same ID as this one). But I thought I'd give this new site a try.
I'm just getting started here, so please excuse the amateur appearance. I'll have the place looking better shortly.
Like all of my cds, this is an Original CD, with original inserts (NO CDRs or bootlegs).....
So, one day you hear about this band called the Tight Bro's From Way Back When. You hear that they're made up of ex-members of Karp and Behead The Prophet NLSL. You hear that they've got an album out on Kill Rock Stars that's being compared to AC/DC. Naturally, you think to yourself, "Okay, what are those Olympia scenesters up to now? Why would Kill Rock Stars want to associate themselves with some rehashing of bloated 70's cogk-rock?" Then you realize you're missing the point; after all, the operative word in "Kill Rock Stars" is "Stars." KRS never had anything against "Rock," even if the rock in question is the Rock-- that blues-based, hard-rock guitar sound that's actually been in short supply of late. Not that you miss it. Okay, so you rightfully hate 70's moustache-rock and late '80s hair metal, but you hold a secret place in your heart for Back in Black and Appetite for Destruction. As you think about this, you realize that most of the stuff you've been listening to lately doesn't really rock. Sure, there's the occasional Trans Am or Chavez track that really gets your blood flowing, but the more you think about it, the more concerned you become with the dearth of balls-out rawk in your collection. So you go out and track down a copy of Runnin' Thru My Bones. And yes, if you had any doubt in your mind, the Tight Bro's do indeed rock. But they do more than just that; they take that old worn-down rock 'n' roll sound and inject it with a dose of punk rock energy. Slade, meet Minor Threat. Black Flag, meet the MC5. You've got a dual-guitar throwdown backed up by a rhythm section with revs to spare, and a singer with a screech that you thought could only come from a skinny longhair in tight leather pants. Looking for thoughtful lyrics with deep insights on the nature of humanity? Sorry, you came to the wrong place. For the Tight Bro's, rock 'n' roll is a full time job, and they're too busy working overtime for your love, rollin' like a hurricane, and hayseed rockin' 'til the break of day. As long as you've got Runnin' Thru My Bones handy, the rock never stops. That's a promise.

Editorial reviews
...the reckless vibe...permeates [RUNNIN'] like a bongwater stain on your shag carpet....Sure to inspire another generation of gle-sniffing losers to grab their unused tennis rackets and make for the mirror in an effort to kick out the jams...
Magnet (08/01/1999)
3 out of 5 - ...these fellas are tighter than Bon Scott's big ball-hugging bellbottoms....while fidelity may not be TBFWBW's top priority, the band's message still cuts through loud and clear: rock hard or get out.
Alternative Press (09/01/1999)
...This thundering quintet bashes the atmosphere with a broiling, double-guitar onslaught that seldomly takes a breather....If hopped-up, eardrum-shredding rock 'n' blues is your thing, the Bro's won't disappoint.
