This product can be used both for telephone line and room monitoring, and the intelligence is transmitted on a crystal controlled radio channel.
All features can be defined by the user and are set with internal keys or with an optional RC unit. The RMTK 100 is available in standard and light versions. Light version does not include a RC unit and does not offer the digital encryption option.
The digital "Delta Modulation" encryption method keeps the intelligence safe from any possible interception, since the signal has no voice attributes and would only be recognized as white noise.
Its low output power mode (30 mW) guarantees a longer operation time, while making it difficult to be found by bug detectors. The high output power mode (100 mW) increases its transmission range.
It also features a Voice Activation function, which would turn the transmitter on only if a signal comes from telephone line or microphone, switching it off automatically if the signal is lost for a certain amount of time; this function guarantees a longer operation time.
The device is housed in a metal case, and has plugs for an external microphone, an inductive sensor or a charger, a SMA socket for external antenna, low battery indicator and ON/OFF switch.
Its power is provided by an internal NOKIA BL-5C rechargeable battery. To charge its battery you can use a standard ACP-12E (800 mA) charger for NOKIA phones.
The intelligence can be received with special WFM receivers. The data encoded with Delta Modulation encryption method is received and decoded with special decoding receivers.
