Cat pin artisan hand made Puzzled Cats by Teres Millar 1990

This cute cat pin is from designer Teres Millar, 1990. It is hand done and decorated. The theme is "Puzzled Cats" It is a small design, hand colored and painted of 4 cat figures in a heart shape with little fishes interspersed, and edges with a geometric design. The little plastic frame is hand decorated with geometric designs and has applied hologram corners. Colors are reds, golds, black and white and a touch of blue. It's a very whimsical and fun piece. It is 2" square.
