Cast lenses in 4 easy steps:

Step 1: Two molds, one forming the front of the lens, and the other forming the back, are place into a specially designed gasket.

Step 2: Liquid monomer is injected in the space between the two molds.

Step 3: The mold assembly containing the monomer is cured in a light-curing chamber for approximately 7 minutes (9 minutes for photochromic).

Step 4: The cured lens and mold components are separated creating a high quality finished lens, which is ready to be edged to fit into a frame.
