Also 3 sheets in the beginning are missing (there is a fep, title page, table of contents) with first numbered page of 13. Some writing, a pastedown of a newspaper article on the table of contents, age tanned. If not for the missing pages, would have been good condition for age. As is, acceptable-poor.
