This etc! Rue 21 necklace is a 3 strand necklace and is NWT. It has 2 smaller chains and 1 bigger chain with 3 decorative marquis and round clear rhinestones sets. The length of the shortest chain is 16”, not including the large 1” long lobster clasp. The center rhinestone part is just under 1.25” high. It is very heavy! It’s like a biker chick style with a touch of feminine rhinestones. Made in China
