The bloomers are 100% polyester with hot pink with tiny white polka dot ruffles on the rear and the rest of the bloomer is solid hot pink satin. There is also a hot pink satin bow attached. The crochet top is hot pink and there is a 1/2" wide stretchy hot pink headband with a matching chiffon flower with rhinestones attached. The headband is about 13 inches around not stretched.
Bloomers are not marked for size but measure as a medium with a 7 inch across elastic waist that stretches to about 20 inches around. The crochet top is about 6 inches long by 5 1/2 inches wide and stretches to about 17 inches around. When these tops are worn they become somewhat "see through" as the weave opens, so please be aware of that.
