This was a premium given out in cereal boxes for the Kellogg company. It is MAC from the TILLIE THE TOILER Comic Strip. It measures approx. 13/16" in diameter. Around the rim, it is market "Copr. 1946 King Features Syn. Inc.".
The condition of the pin looks generally decent to me although you can tell it has been around for awhile. Please examine the images to determine a grade you are comfortable with.
