This pattern is named for the dainty, ornate porcelain that originated in Dresden, Germany. The design is also referred to as Friendship Ring and sometimes as Grandmother's Sunbonnet.
You will receive a set of 144 dresden plate pre-cut pieces. Each plate contains 16 plate pieces and are pre-cut with a quarter inch seam allowance. You will receive a minimum of 16 different fabrics. Contains enough pieces to complete 9 full plates.
Colors may vary as fabrics change but I have included a couple of pictures of some of the fabrics I have in my collection.
Finished plate will measure approximately 8". Plate will be appliqued to a 10 1/2" square background of your choice. Background fabric is not included.
All 100% cotton fabrics and are from smoke and pet free home. You can put these blocks together in different ways and they would brighten up any bedroom when finished into beautiful pillows, quilts or your ideas.
