I am an individual selling part-time on eCRATER. I offerand sell only quality merchandise and try very hard to never misrepresent anitem. However, I have had buyers whojust wanted to be refunded due to buyer’s remorse. Buyer remorse is very time consuming andcostly as a small business. I offergreat deals, sometimes almost 50% less than retail price and can only continueto do so by not incurring undue cost for return shipping fees and various otherfees.I value and appreciate yourbusiness.
