This one includes the game poster, the other side is advertisement.

There are some minor defects from normal use, but it is all in good condition.
They used a weird game case, not the standard mold like most other Sega cases. The game cannot be clamped-in, by design, the case is not broken.

Includes 4 things:

(1) Game case.
(1) Manual.
(1) Poster, factory folded.
(1) Game cartridge.

Cleaned cartridge contacts and tested for more than one hour, pretty hard game, no refunds.
