This is the Marble Mouse USB from Logitech, model T-BC21. This is a 4 button USB trackball. It has been tested (on Windows 7, Windows XP, and Debian Linux), and it works fine. For Windows XP, you will need to use the older Logitech Mouseware software instead of the latest SetPoint, because for some unknown reason, with SetPoint, the XP drivers simply fail to install. The casing has some cosmetic wear from normal usage. See pictures for details.
