McCall 3397 vintage pattern child slip only girls size 4 from 1951

This is a McCall pattern, number 3397, issued in 1951 for a girl's slip. This is a cut pattern in size 4. The pieces of this pattern are usable but some edges are ragged. The pattern had pieces for panties but only the main pieces of this are in the envelop. The envelop is a mess with much staining and tears.
