Hillbilly from a salt & pepper shaker set made in Japan single shaker

This is a single shaker from a vintage salt and pepper set. Is is a hillbilly, about 4 1/2 inches wide. There are 2 holes on the top of its head. This has a Victoria Ceramics, Made in Japan sticker on the bottom but no cork. It is in good condition with no chips or cracks. These usually have a jug as the other shaker, but I only have the hillbilly. He is done in black paint on his trousers and hat.
