Light tan Importina hat black net has rhinestones velvet band some stains inside

Here is an Importina hat. This measures about 21 1/2 inches along the inside perimeter and sits about an inch above the ears, so please measure your head at this point for fitting. The hat is made of wool in a light tan/beige. It has a velvet band and a veil with small rhinestones. There is a line of stains along the inner rim, more noticeable on the front, that I think is from makeup. The outside wool of the hat is fine; I found one tear on the face veil. You are buying it as it is.
