We do not ship on major Holidays. Most products are being shipped via FedEx. We also ship via UPS, USPS, DHL. Shipping is at buyers expense. Shipping will be calculated and billed at published rates. RMA shipments MUST have a RMA number clearly visible on outside of the package. All returns will be tested. Return for replacement found to be non-defective will result in a 20% restocking fee. Any product found to be damaged through misuse, abuse or negligence is not eligible for warranty replacement.
