Q: Will this work in my Nespresso Model?
A: Yes, this version of reusable capsule has been redesigned to work in the New Nespresso Models as well as the older Nespresso Models.
Q: Do I need to use the O-ring to use these capsules?
A: No, the o-ring is optional to use and it will not change the efficiency of the reusable capsule if you use the reusable capsule without the o-ring.
Q: The O-ring it will not stay on the reusable capsule can you help?
A: Yes, The o-ring can slip when first used, try to fix the o-ring around an empty capsule then place into your Nespresso machine and close and start your machine like you would a normal capsule. Once the capsule drops into the capsule bin the o-ring should stay in place.
Q: The coffee was watery at the start and no crema. Am I missing something?
A: Yes, you will need to use a very fine espresso grind that is mint for espresso machines use to get the best results and the crema. If you use normal coffee grinds like you would use in a coffee maker you will get a very watery espresso shot.
