Front buttoned shirt has mandarin collar and long set-in sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs. Pants and skirt have front gathered to waistband, elasticized back and top-stitched pockets. Front buttoned, top-stitched lined vest has shaped armholes.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
The pattern you receive is the one in the photo.
