The pleated short or long dress with front button closing has front yoke, shirt type collar, long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs, self fabric tie belt and top-stitching trim.
The pattern does appear to have been used. All the cut pieces appear to be present and the instructions are in the envelope. I have not unfolded the pattern.
Envelope shows wear from age and tear from age and being stored.
The pattern you receive is the one in the photo.
