Our Place at the Beach Condominiums is a private community tucked in a unique wooded area located bay front on Old Landing Road in the northern section of Ocean City (near the beachfront high-rise condos.) The condos are within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shopping, movie theaters and most importantly, a beautiful wide beach.
Don’t feel like walking to the beach? No problem. We have the largest outdoor pool in Ocean City right in front of the condo. With plenty of chaise lounges, umbrella tables and a baby pool, it’s another great way to spend a day.
The condo sleeps six comfortably, with a king size bed in the master bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Other features include two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full size washer/dryer, and central air (and ceiling fans in each room), 3 TVs with cable and DVD players.
A large (20’ x 12’) private screened-in porch is furnished with a picnic table (seats 8), two Adirondack chairs, two ceiling fans and is the perfect place to relax with a good book, see a variety of waterfowl and a fabulous sunset over the bay. If you rise early, you may even see our two resident owls who like to perch on nearby roofs.
Convenient parking for two vehicles is included with your rental.
