19" x 10" LED Bar Sign. This sign plus into the wall and has an on off switch built on the cord. When turned on the the sign is all lit up solid other than the LEDs inside the bottle and pouring from the bottle. The LEDs in the bottle and pouring into the glass represent liquid pouring in to the glass. The chasing/blinking motion effect makes it look like the liquid is constantly pouring into the glass.
