"Pride of wearing" would be an understatement. Permitted for use when a Class "A" uniform can not be worn. Held by Grand Master, William H. Koon himself! May be worn with a Cap and Mantle confirguration or a dark suit. Easy to travel with when a chapeaux case is cumbersome or not convenient.
