4 apples, peeled
25 g butter or margarine
5 g brandy
Caramel or cinnamon for garnish
EXECUTION
Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. In a saucepan put butter or margarine, add the chopped apple brandy and ½ cup. tea water and simmer until apples are tender. Prepare the pudding according to package directions and add the raisins after you have rinsed with water. Add the apples to the prepared rice pudding, stir and serve. If desired garnish with caramel or cinnamon
