A mandala is a sanskrit (old indian language) word that means "A sacred circle".
Many ancient nations used mandalas for healing throughout the history.

The second temple was planned in Iran and therefore Persian motives have been chosen for this drawing. This painting represent the ability to change- always, in every frame, we can still create our own unique designs. The two lines aside stand for the entrance pillars of the temple. The text in the middle is the priests blessing that have been said at the sacrificing ritual in the temple, " god will bless you and will guard you, god will light his face to you, will be compassionate towards you and will make you peaceful" that symbolizes our surrender in front of the endless strength of the divine presence, which is the way to open up and accept a real, honest blessing without judgment.
