Directions
Measure area and photograph for your comparing later, clean and exfoliate skin, open body wrap entirely (looks like large maxi-pad with wings), apply to desired area, hold in place (saran wrap is suggested) for a minimum of 45 minutes. After 45-90 minutes, remove wrap, rub in all cream until absorbed. Drink lots of water over the next 3 days. Do not sweat when wrapping or after until cream is fully absorbed. Avoid alcohol. Use Defining Gel between wrapping days.
