This is vintage pre-owned stainless steel flatware. The brand is NORTHCRAFT. The pattern is unknown by me, has a slim neck, black floral and scroll design on the tapering handle. The backstamp is "NORTHCRAFT STAINLESS STEEL KOREA". This is 1 oval place/soup spoon 7 1/4". It is in very good gently used condition with no damage, shows slight signs of use and stacking. p174
