Here is Simplicity Pattern # 8902 UNCUT Misses Formal Lined Dress in sizes 12, 14 and 16 designed by Jessica McClintock in 1994. Lined dress with full skirt gathered to fitted, princess seam bodice at shaped waist-line seam, long sleeves and deep V-back bodice with back zipper and loop and button closing has lace trims. View A has handkerchief hem, collar has lace appliqué and lace applied to shoulder seams forming “yoke”. View B has lace edging and lace appliqué.
