Here is how it works: first, you determine the quantity and the size of frame you'll want. Then, when you submit the order to us, at the checkout stage, you'll see a "Comments" section. There, tell us all the relevant information: bride and groom first names, date of the wedding, and the names of each of the bridesmaids. You can also pick your frame to be made in either vertical or horizontal configuration.
When we receive your order, before we charge your credit card, we'll talk with you to make sure all the information we received is accurate. Then we submit the order to the wood artist, who generally takes about 2 weeks to complete the laser cutting work (it might be a bit longer during the peak gift season).
